THE HUNT FOR HAM RADIO YOUTUBERS

Since I reentered Ham Radio over two years ago, I have learned a ton from YouTube. All the videos, reviews, and stories have encouraged me to go further.

Part of that progress has been in two areas - Portable Ops and POTA.

Many a time I’ve been able to make QSOs with each YouTube celebrity. and every time it’s been exhilarating to get them in my log!

Somewhere I came up with the idea that I would put together a “bucket list” and intentionality try and work a QSO with all of my favorite YouTubers.

It started small, and I just kept a paper list.

Then it moved to Ham Alert and logging with QRZ and LOTW.

Finally, I took it to the internet and created this page.

There are a lot of great YouTubers - both large and small that I want to work with, and this is my journey’s progress.
